Kolousek Farms is primarily a cow/calf operation. We have both registered and commercial Herefords on our farm, along with Angus and first cross Hereford/Angus genetics in our herd.
Kolousek Farms raises both purebred Hereford beef and Hereford/Angus crossed beef. Herefords, known for their docile temperament, also have the quality of beef that can rival or beat the Angus breed.
