Kolousek Farms
is located in the rolling hills outside of Wessington Springs, South Dakota. Established in 1905, Kolousek Farms is primarily a cow/calf operation, but also raises a few crops each year to provide feed and cash crops. Kolousek Farms is driven by the desire to improve our land and our soil, while maintaining a healthy number of animals for the pastures we operate.

Kolousek Farms is family based and Scott is a 5th generation farmer and rancher who now lives at the place where his grandparents lived while he grew up. Scott and his Dad, Dick Kolousek, currently own and operate Kolousek Farms.

Kolousek Farms has been processing our own beef for 3 generations, so we know how good our beef is. It's very hard to beat the quality of meat we raise because we strive to have the genetics that will grade well on the hangar. We "grow" them right on well-managed grass and finish them on Non-GMO corn. We do not use implants or hormones on any of our beef.

Kolousek Farms has recently started offering our quality beef to the public. When family and friends try some of our beef, they can't believe the difference between our South Dakota home-raised beef and the beef you buy in the store. The difference is in the animal!

Call Scott at (605)730-1509 or Amber (605)730-1508 today to learn more.
All beef are delivered to local South Dakota lockers for processing.

South Dakota Farmers Union highlighted Kolousek Farms in their May/June 2015 magazine. Farmers Union hightlights family farms.

Although we are primarily a beef operation, you can also find more at Kolousek Farms:
